At Da Doo Ron Ron we understand that your wedding is the perfect time for you to communicate your love for each other in a way that only you know best. The happy memories of this joyous occasion will remain with you for many years to come and it is the music which will help to create the right atmosphere and mood.
Our many years of experience have taught us that communication and planning are essential for every wedding. Our friendly office staff are dedicated to finding you the best DJ and will happily meet with you to discuss your plans and any queries that you may have. Then, when you book with us, we will arrange a time for you to meet with your actual DJ at our offices.
At this meeting your DJ will work with you to plan the exact detail and format of the night, the bridal party entrance, the speeches, the bridal waltz, the cake cutting, the farewell, and everything in between. From this information we will then prepare a wedding procedure. You, your DJ and your venue will be sent a copy of this wedding procedure so that everybody knows the order of events for the evening. This means that you can sit back, relax and enjoy your reception safe in the knowledge that everyone knows what is happening next without you being constantly interrupted with questions.
If you are thinking of having a more relaxed and less formal wedding reception then we can prepare a less structured wedding procedure and, as our DJs are experts at reading the crowd, they will be ready to improvise or ad lib should the need arise.
The wedding procedure is also invaluable for your MC and will certainly help to make his/her role easier, especially if they are inexperienced in these duties. Alternatively, our DJs are trained and experienced in all manner of MC duties and upon request, can act as professional MC at no extra charge.
Da Doo Ron Ron is recommended by many of the popular wedding venues in and around Perth and as such we have a close working relationship with the various wedding coordinators. In the week leading up to your wedding our technical team will also work closely with your chosen venue so that everything will be in place long before you or your guests arrive. All equipment is thoroughly tested in order to avoid the chance of any technical difficulties on the night.
